These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the TechVerito Academy learning platform (“Platform”), which is owned and operated by TechVerito Software Solutions LLP(“TechVerito Academy”, “TechVerito”, “we”, or “us”, “Company”) a limited liability partnership registered in India with its registered office at TechVerito, 301-A, Nano Space IT Park, Baner–Pashan Link Road, Baner, Pune, Maharashtra 411045, India. The Platform is accessible globally through the website https://academy.techverito.com/ and provides structured learning tracks, recorded courses, hands-on labs, projects, bootcamps, events, and AI-assisted learning tools designed to help students and professionals upskill and become job-ready. These Terms shall also apply, mutatis mutandis, to any mobile applications, communication channels, social media pages, online communities, messaging groups, email, SMS, phone communications, or other communication forums or media hosted or operated by the Company that are connected to the Platform, all of which shall be deemed part of the Platform for the purposes of these Terms.

By accessing the Platform, creating an account using Google authentication or email OTP, or purchasing any course or service, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms and the accompanying Privacy Policy, and your acceptance will irrevocably and unconditionally bind you to comply with all obligations and conditions stated herein unless explicitly stated otherwise. After your initial consent, you will be deemed to continue consenting to these Terms until you withdraw your consent by notifying the Company in writing. If a separate written agreement exists between you and the Company regarding specific services, any deviation from these Terms shall apply only if explicitly agreed in writing by both parties. Updation of Terms

The Company reserves the right to modify, update, or revise these Terms of Service at any time at its sole discretion to reflect changes in the Platform, services, business practices, technology, or applicable laws and regulations. Any such updates will become effective immediately upon being posted on the Platform unless otherwise specified. It is your responsibility to review the Terms periodically to stay informed of any changes. Continued access to or use of the Platform after the updated Terms are published will constitute your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with any modifications, you must discontinue use of the Platform immediately. The Company may, at its discretion, notify users of material changes via email, platform notifications, or other communication channels; however, failure to receive such notification shall not affect the enforceability of the updated Terms.

Service(s) provided to Users

The Platform provides paid online learning services designed to help individuals build practical, industry-relevant skills through structured and guided learning experiences. The services include access to curated learning tracks, recorded courses, hands-on labs, assignments, projects, and structured roadmaps created by experienced engineers and subject-matter experts. The Platform may also offer bootcamps, workshops, events, mentorship sessions, job referral opportunities through partner companies, and AI-powered learning tools intended to enhance the learning experience.

All courses and learning materials are delivered in a recorded, self-paced format unless otherwise specified. The Platform is intended for personal learning and skill development only and is not an employment agency or recruitment service. While the Platform may provide career guidance, job referrals, or industry insights, it does not guarantee job placement, interviews, salary outcomes, or career advancement.

The Company reserves the right to modify, update, add, or discontinue any feature, course, service, or functionality of the Platform at any time without prior notice. Access to certain services may be subject to payment, eligibility criteria, or additional terms communicated at the time of purchase or enrollment.

Course Access, Content & Usage

All courses and learning materials available on the Platform are delivered in a recorded and self-paced format unless explicitly stated otherwise. The Platform is intended to provide educational and skill-development services only and does not guarantee job placement, interviews, employment opportunities, or career outcomes. At present, the Platform does not provide course completion certificates unless explicitly stated for a specific program in the future.

All course content, including videos, curriculum, projects, labs, assignments, and supporting materials, is owned exclusively by the Company and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Users are granted a limited license to access the content strictly for personal learning purposes. Users may download limited materials such as code files, homework, and learning summaries where download functionality is provided. However, downloading videos, copying, reproducing, sharing, distributing, publishing, reselling, or publicly displaying any course content is strictly prohibited. Unauthorized sharing of content in any form, including through social media, messaging platforms, or third-party websites, will be considered a violation of these Terms and may result in suspension or termination of access to the Platform.

Course Pause, Reset & Program Change Feature

The Platform may provide users with the ability to pause, reset, or change their enrolled course or program, subject to the specific rules, timelines, and eligibility criteria defined by the Company from time to time. The pause feature, where available, allows users to temporarily stop their learning progress for a limited period without extending the overall access duration beyond the maximum validity period of the course. The reset feature, where offered, may allow users to restart a course from the beginning; however, such reset does not extend the original access period unless explicitly stated by the Company.

Program or course change requests, if permitted, are subject to Company approval and may be allowed only within a defined time window from the date of purchase or enrollment. The Company reserves the right to accept or reject any request for pause, reset, or program change at its sole discretion and may impose additional conditions, administrative requirements, or fees where applicable. These features are provided as a convenience and do not alter the no-refund policy. If a course is paused, reset, or changed, users remain bound by the original purchase terms, including the non-refundable nature of the payment and the applicable course access duration.

No refunds will be permitted post a Program Change or Reset notwithstanding anything contained herein

Support

The Company is committed to providing reasonable support to users for accessing and using the Platform and its services. Users may contact the support team for assistance related to account access, course navigation, technical issues, payment queries, or general platform usage by writing to academy@techverito.com. For legal or privacy-related requests, users may contact privacy@techverito.com. Support will be provided during standard business hours, and response times may vary depending on the nature and complexity of the request.

Support services are limited to guidance and technical assistance related to the Platform and do not include personalized academic tutoring, career counseling, or guaranteed resolution timelines unless explicitly stated for specific programs or services. The Company will make reasonable efforts to resolve user queries; however, it does not guarantee immediate responses or uninterrupted availability of support services. Support may be temporarily unavailable during weekends, public holidays, maintenance periods, or unforeseen technical issues.

Refund Policy

All purchases made on the Platform are final and non-refundable. The Company does not offer refunds, partial refunds, credits, or transfers for any course, program, subscription, or service purchased through the Platform, regardless of usage, completion status, dissatisfaction, change in personal circumstances, or inability to continue the course.

No refunds will be provided if a user chooses to discontinue the course, fails to complete the program, or if access to the Platform is suspended or terminated due to a violation of the Terms of Service. Additionally, no refunds will be permitted following any course pause, reset, or program change request. By purchasing any course or service on the Platform, users expressly acknowledge and agree to this no-refund policy.

Termination

Users may discontinue use of the Platform at any time by ceasing to access or use their account and services. The Company reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate any user account or access to the Platform at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, if it believes that the user has violated these Terms of Service, engaged in unlawful or fraudulent activities, misused the Platform, or acted in a manner that may harm the Company, its services, or other users.

In the event of termination by either the user or the Company, access to purchased courses, programs, and services may be discontinued immediately. No refunds, credits, or compensation will be provided for any unused or partially used courses, including cases where termination occurs during the course access period. Users remain responsible for any outstanding payments or obligations incurred prior to termination.

Registration and Account Integrity

To access the Platform and its services, users are required to register and create an account by providing accurate and complete information during the sign-up process. This may include your name, phone number, email address, information about how you learned about the Platform, and any message or additional details submitted through registration or inquiry forms. In certain situations, the Company may also request the contact information of a parent or guardian where deemed necessary for communication or verification purposes.

Users agree to provide true, current, and complete information and to keep such information updated at all times. Users are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials and for all activities conducted through their account. The Company shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to a user’s account due to failure to safeguard login credentials or provide accurate information. The Company reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts found to contain false, misleading, or incomplete information.

User of Your Information and User Data

The Company collects and uses user information to operate, maintain, and improve the Platform and the services offered. This may include using your name, email address, phone number, resume (if provided), payment information, and usage analytics to create and manage your account, provide course access, process payments, respond to inquiries, deliver support, and communicate important updates related to the Platform. Your information may also be used to enhance user experience, analyze platform usage trends, improve course content, develop new features, and ensure platform security and fraud prevention.

The Company may send transactional communications such as account notifications, purchase confirmations, course updates, service announcements, and important policy changes. From time to time, users may also receive information about new courses, programs, events, or learning opportunities. The Company does not sell personal data to advertisers; however, it may share limited information with trusted third-party service providers strictly for purposes such as payment processing, analytics, infrastructure, communication services, or legal compliance. All handling of personal data is governed by the Company’s Privacy Policy.

Third-Party Links and Services

The Platform may contain links to third-party websites, tools, services, or resources that are not owned or controlled by the Company. These may include payment gateways, analytics providers, communication tools, job referral partners, or other external platforms that may be required for providing certain features or services. The Company does not control, monitor, or assume responsibility for the content, privacy practices, security, availability, or policies of any third-party websites or services. Users who access or interact with third-party services do so at their own risk and are encouraged to review the terms and privacy policies of such third parties before using their services. The Company shall not be liable for any loss, damage, or issues arising from the use of third-party websites or services, including payment processing failures, data handling practices, or service interruptions.

Content Ownership and Copyright Conditions of Acess

All content made available on the Platform, including but not limited to courses, videos, curriculum, learning tracks, labs, assignments, projects, text, graphics, logos, software, platform design, AI tools, and all related materials, is the exclusive property of the Company and is protected by applicable intellectual property and copyright laws. Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to access and use the content strictly for personal, non-commercial learning purposes.

Users may download limited materials such as code files, homework, and learning summaries only where such functionality is explicitly provided. However, users are strictly prohibited from copying, reproducing, modifying, distributing, publishing, transmitting, displaying, selling, sublicensing, or creating derivative works from any content available on the Platform. Sharing course materials, recordings, or resources on social media, messaging platforms, public repositories, file-sharing services, or any third-party platform is strictly prohibited.

Any unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution of Platform content may result in suspension or termination of access and may also lead to legal action under applicable intellectual property and copyright laws.

Reviews and Feedback

The Platform may allow users to voluntarily provide reviews, testimonials, suggestions, ideas, or other feedback regarding courses, services, features, or overall user experience. By submitting any feedback, you grant the Company a worldwide, perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free, and transferable right to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, distribute, and display such feedback for improving the Platform, developing new services, and for marketing, promotional, or business purposes without any compensation to you.

Users agree that any feedback provided will be truthful, accurate, and not misleading, defamatory, unlawful, or infringing on the rights of any third party. The Company reserves the right to remove, edit, or refuse to publish any feedback that violates applicable laws or these Terms of Service.

Rights and Obligations relating to the Content

You are prohibited from:

  • Uploading, posting, sharing, or transmitting any content that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, defamatory, obscene, or otherwise objectionable.
  • Uploading content that infringes or violates any third-party intellectual property rights, including copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, or privacy/publicity rights.
  • Sharing confidential, proprietary, or sensitive information of any person, organization, or employer without proper authorization.
  • Posting content that contains viruses, malware, spyware, or any other malicious or harmful code designed to disrupt, damage, or gain unauthorized access to systems or data.
  • Misrepresenting your identity, impersonating any person or entity, or falsely stating your affiliation with any organization.
  • Uploading content that promotes discrimination, hate speech, harassment, or violence against individuals or groups.
  • Using the platform to distribute spam, unsolicited promotional material, chain messages, or fraudulent schemes.
  • Uploading content that violates any applicable local, national, or international law or regulation.
  • Attempting to reverse engineer, scrape, copy, or misuse platform content, data, or functionality without explicit permission.
  • Using the platform in a manner that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair the services or interfere with other users’ experience.

Disclaimer

The platform and all content, services, and materials provided through it are offered on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.

We do not guarantee that:

  • The platform will always be available, uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.
  • The information, content, or materials provided on the platform are accurate, complete, or up to date.
  • The results obtained from using the platform will meet your expectations or requirements.

The platform may contain educational, career, or informational content. Such content is provided for general guidance purposes only and should not be considered professional, legal, financial, or career advice. Users are encouraged to independently verify any information before relying on it.

We are not responsible for:

  • Any loss, damage, or inconvenience caused by reliance on platform content or services.

Indemnification

  • Your infringement of any intellectual property, privacy, or other rights of any third party.
  • Any disputes between you and other users or third parties arising from your use of the platform.

We reserve the right to assume the exclusive defense and control of any matter subject to indemnification by you, and you agree to cooperate with our defense of such claims.

This indemnification obligation will survive the termination or suspension of your account and your use of the platform.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Platform, its founders, employees, partners, affiliates, contractors, licensors, and service providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, including but not limited to:

  • Loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or business opportunities
  • Interruption of business or loss of use of the Platform
  • Personal injury or property damage arising from the use of the services
  • Unauthorized access to or alteration of your data or transmissions
  • Errors, inaccuracies, or omissions in any content provided on the Platform
  • Any inability to access or use the Platform or Services, including during outages or maintenance

This limitation applies whether the claim is based on warranty, contract, tort (including negligence), or any other legal theory, even if the Platform has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

No Guarantee of Outcomes

The Platform provides educational content and learning services only. We do not guarantee job placement, career outcomes, income, or any specific results from participation in the courses or use of the services.

Maximum Liability Cap

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the total cumulative liability of the Platform for any claims arising out of or relating to the use of the Platform or Services shall not exceed the total amount paid by you to the Platform for the specific course or service giving rise to the claim, or INR 1,000, whichever is lower.

Jurisdictional Limitations

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain liabilities. In such jurisdictions, our liability shall be limited to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.

This clause shall survive termination or expiration of your use of the Platform and Services.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

Any disputes, claims, or controversies arising out of or relating to the use of the Platform, the Services, or these Terms including their interpretation, validity, breach, or termination shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts located in Pune, Maharashtra, India. By using the Platform, you expressly consent to the jurisdiction and venue of such courts and waive any objections regarding inconvenient forum or lack of jurisdiction.

If any dispute arises between you and the Platform, the parties agree to first attempt to resolve the dispute amicably through good-faith discussions. If such discussions fail, the dispute shall be resolved in accordance with applicable Indian laws and the jurisdiction stated above.

Payments

All payments for any programs, courses, workshops, or services offered on the Platform must be made in full through the payment methods made available on the Platform from time to time. By making a payment, you agree that you are authorized to use the selected payment method and that the billing information provided by you is accurate and complete.

The Platform may use third-party payment gateways and service providers to process payments. By completing a transaction, you agree to be bound by the terms and privacy policies of such third-party payment processors. The Platform shall not be responsible for any payment processing errors, transaction failures, or unauthorized transactions caused by such third-party providers.

All fees displayed on the Platform are subject to change at any time at the sole discretion of the Platform. Any change in pricing shall not affect purchases that have already been successfully completed.

Unless otherwise explicitly stated, all fees are non-refundable and non-transferable. No refunds shall be issued for partially attended programs, missed sessions, user dissatisfaction, change of mind, or inability to complete the course for personal reasons.

The Platform reserves the right to suspend or revoke access to any course or service in the event of failed payments, chargebacks, payment disputes, or suspected fraudulent transactions, without any liability or obligation to provide continued access or refunds.

NDNC policy

By registering on the Platform and providing your contact details, you expressly consent to receive communications from us through phone calls, SMS, WhatsApp, email, and other communication channels, even if your phone number is registered under the National Do Not Call (NDNC) or Do Not Disturb (DND) registry. You acknowledge and agree that such communications may include service-related messages, transactional updates, promotional content, course information, event invitations, reminders, announcements, and other information related to the Platform and its offerings. If you wish to stop receiving promotional or marketing communications, you may opt out at any time by following the unsubscribe instructions provided in the communication or by contacting us in writing. However, you agree that you may continue to receive essential service-related and transactional communications necessary for your use of the Platform. The Platform shall not be liable for any delays, failures, or issues in communication caused by telecom operators or third-party communication service providers.

Copyright Infringement Notice

We respect intellectual property rights and expect users of the Platform to do the same. If you believe that any content available on the Platform infringes your copyright or other intellectual property rights, you may submit a written notice requesting removal of the allegedly infringing material.

Filing a Notice

Your copyright infringement notice must include the following details:

  • A clear description of the copyrighted work that you claim has been infringed
  • The exact URL or location on the Platform where the allegedly infringing material is located
  • Your full name, email address, phone number, and postal address
  • A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the disputed use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law
  • A statement that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner
  • Your physical or electronic signature

Once a valid notice is received, the Platform reserves the right to remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing content without prior notice and at its sole discretion.

Repeat Infringers

The Platform may terminate user accounts that are found to repeatedly upload, share, or distribute infringing content.

Misuse of Notice

Submitting false or misleading copyright infringement claims may result in legal liability. The Platform reserves the right to seek damages from any person who knowingly submits a false claim.

Miscellaneous

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and TechVerito Software Solutions LLP regarding your use of the Platform and supersede any prior agreements, communications, or understandings, whether written or oral, relating to the same subject matter.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, such provision shall be deemed severed from these Terms and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

Our failure to enforce any right or provision under these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision. Any waiver of rights will be effective only if made in writing and signed by an authorized representative of the Company.

You may not assign or transfer your rights or obligations under these Terms without prior written consent from the Company. The Company may assign or transfer its rights and obligations under these Terms at its discretion, including in connection with a merger, acquisition, sale of assets, or by operation of law.

These Terms do not create any partnership, joint venture, employment, or agency relationship between you and the Company. You agree that all communications and notices provided electronically by the Company satisfy any legal requirement that such communications be in writing.

Headings used in these Terms are for convenience only and shall not affect the interpretation of any provision. Any rights not expressly granted herein are reserved by the Company.

Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms of Service, the following terms shall have the meanings assigned to them below:

“Company”, “We”, “Us”, or “Our” refers to TechVerito Software Solutions LLP, its affiliates, employees, representatives, and authorized partners.

“Platform” refers to the ABC web application available at https://academy.techverito.com/, including all associated services, features, learning tracks, communications, support channels, and any related online or offline offerings provided by the Company.

“User”, “You”, or “Your” refers to any individual who accesses, browses, registers, purchases, or otherwise uses the Platform and Services.

“Services” refers to all learning-related offerings provided through the Platform, including guided learning tracks, recorded courses, hands-on labs, projects, mentorship interactions, support services, events, bootcamps, job referral initiatives, and any future features or services introduced by the Company.

“Content” includes all course materials, videos, text, graphics, roadmaps, exercises, projects, code samples, summaries, documentation, branding, and any other materials made available on or through the Platform.

“Account” means the registered user profile created via email OTP or Google sign-in to access the Platform.

“Fees” refers to the charges payable by Users for accessing paid courses or Services on the Platform.

“Third-Party Services” means any external websites, tools, services, or integrations that may be linked to or made available through the Platform.

“Applicable Law” means the laws of India and any applicable regulations governing the Services and the use of the Platform.

These Terms of Service constitute an “electronic record” within the meaning of the applicable laws of India, including the Information Technology Act, 2000 and the rules made thereunder, as amended from time to time. This electronic record is generated by a computer system and does not require any physical or digital signatures.
